Punashcha's Annual Show 2023: Tasher Desh

On 23 September 2023, students and patrons of The Punashcha School of Rabindra Sangeet presented 'Tasher Desh' or The Land of Cards, a musical dance drama.

Tagore’s dance dramas are always a pleasure to watch and Taasher Desh was no exception! Punascha : School of Rabindrasangeet, led by our very own Shyamali Mashi, presented a brilliantly choreographed performance at The Bhavan. And what a masterpiece it was! Mellifluous music, song and dance created a magical atmosphere that transported us to the land of cards! There is no denying the immense effort put in by the team under the guidance of Mashi as we fondly call her. Her direction, production and dedication towards her craft resulted in an memorable evening for the audience. And the cherry on the cake was the fact that it was a benefit concert. Kudos to Punascha and we look forward to more such exquisite productions
