Workshop Sessions with Manoj Murali Nair - March & April 2021

Students of Punashcha are fortunate to be able to attend workshop sessions with Manoj murali Nair (Visva-Bharati, Santiniketan; founder of Daakghar), leading vocalist of Tagore songs in India, this month. This weekend we had a successful first session, falling on the auspicious day of Dol Purnima and Basanta Utsav.

The students of Punashcha were captivated by Manoj's knowledge and understanding surrounding Rabindrasangeet and Rabindranath Tagore, and ability to illustrate interpretations, techniques, and emotions.

We would like to sincerely thank Manoj and are looking eagerly forward to the rest of the sessions!
